ThinkGLP tracks public source changes, not personal medical or insurance decisions. We focus on prices, manufacturer programs, government coverage demonstrations and regulatory notices that can change quickly. Read the original source before relying on any entry.

Our GLP-1 cost estimator now includes a separate Medicare GLP-1 Bridge scenario, links to current CMS and manufacturer program pages, and states that it cannot determine eligibility. It remains an educational estimate, not a coverage checker.
July 2026
CMS says the short-term Medicare GLP-1 Bridge runs from July 1, 2026 through December 31, 2027. Eligible Medicare Part D beneficiaries may receive certain eligible GLP-1 products through the demonstration for a $50 copay. The program has plan, product, prescribing and prior-authorization rules, so this is not a universal coverage statement. See the Medicare Bridge explainer and the CMS source.
June 2026
An FDA update reported 990 adverse-event reports associated with compounded semaglutide and more than 730 associated with compounded tirzepatide as of May 31, 2026. FDA also described concerns about fraudulent labels, unapproved salt forms and unverified sources. These reports do not prove that every event was caused by a product, but they reinforce the need to distinguish FDA-approved products from compounded or unapproved products. Read the FDA safety update.
Prices and manufacturer offers
Manufacturer self-pay prices, savings offers and eligibility rules can change without notice. The ThinkGLP price tracker records the price type, product, date checked and source instead of presenting one route as universally cheapest. For national shortage records, use the FDA-sourced availability tracker, but remember that it cannot confirm local pharmacy stock. For current terms, check the Zepbound savings page or NovoCare Wegovy offer directly.
Frequently asked questions
How often is this page refreshed?
We review it when a material public source, price, coverage or policy change is identified. Each entry has a date and source link. A date does not mean every insurer, pharmacy or product has changed.
Does an update confirm that I qualify?
No. This page describes public information only. Eligibility, coverage, prescribing and program terms depend on the relevant clinician, insurer, pharmacy, government program or manufacturer.
Sources and methodology
We prioritize government, regulator and manufacturer pages, record the date of the source, separate public policy from individual eligibility and avoid giving dose or treatment instructions. If a source changes, the entry may be revised or replaced.
